I’m not sure I’ve processed the news, but I’m working through it.. The magnitude of 8 years with BODI, the community, the joy that it’s brought to my life... I’m still processing, allowing things to be.

I feel so grateful for this opportunity and in many ways I feel like BODi saved my life when the grief of losing my mom hit me! It got me off the couch and set me on a path to a healthy future. My husband got us started on this healthy lifestyle and lost 50 lbs from eating better and doing workouts in our living room.

I’ve met soooo many beautiful, hard working, kind customers, team members, (Literally some of the best people) and it’s changed my entire life! I’ve learned to dream big because of this company, the heart, and its mission. I have so much gratitude and no regrets, even while I process the sadness and emotions. I feel calm.
Every ending is a new beginning without fail. ♥️

For my current clients and customers, I’m still here to support you for a little bit of time at least and there will be more happening as I seek God’s guidance.
I am still passionate about helping women navigate midlife and all that goes with it.

I told my family this morning that I still have a good 20 years in me and I plan on making the most of this ONE life!

I don’t just believe, I KNOW, that the best is yet to come. ♥️
