Revived

There are two elements Paul is pointing out in Rom 6:5. The first is that we must share in a death like his. Jesus said in Matt 16:24, "If any many will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me" He was referring to the flesh and its desires rooted in selfish ambition.

The second element is what I believe Paul wrote about in Romans 6:11, " Likewise you also, reckon yourself to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord "

We are not receiving something we don't already have, we are being revealed an inheritance. With each breakthrough we are being awakened to the truth that we have once and for all passed from death to life, we have been revived..

Our union with Christ breaks every bo***ge of sin as we are born again not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible seed and walk into the fullness of the stature of Christ, fully empowered, anointed with the oil of gladness which breaks and has deteriorated every yoke, Forever!!!
