1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Appointments can be booked via DM
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be banned from future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.
Repeated lateness can result in being unable to book in the future.
4. Refills

Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment.
You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining or it will be considered a full set.
Foreign fills (done by another tech) must be approved ahead of time.
5. Children & Guests

No extra guests or children allowed in the studio.
This is to ensure your safety, focus, and relaxation.
6. Aftercare & Guarantee

Proper aftercare is your responsibility.
If you experience excessive shedding within 48 hours, please contact us for a free touch-up.
No refunds once the service is rendered.
7. Payment Methods

We accept: Cash, Card, Zelle, Cash app.
Tips are appreciated but not required.
8. Health & Hygiene

If you’re sick, reschedule. Come in with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
If you have any eye conditions or allergies, let us know before booking.
9. Social Media Consent

We may take photos/videos for marketing unless you request otherwise.
