🎉 Can we hear it for Leslie King on her retirement? 🎉

After 18 wonderful years with Lakota, Leslie is retiring as an ESL teacher at Cherokee Elementary, leaving behind countless memories and meaningful connections. She cherished working with passionate colleagues, supporting students as they found confidence in themselves, and building lasting relationships with families—blessings she says only teaching can bring.

As she begins this new chapter, Leslie looks forward to continuing to make a difference through part‑time work, traveling, reading for fun, scrapbooking, exercising daily, and enjoying well‑deserved naps. Thank you for everything, Leslie — Cherokee will miss you! 💙
