We are pleased to announce that thanks to YOUR contributions during Members’ Night at the Bergen County Zoo, we now have names for our three new green araçaris! Say hello to… 🥁

Papaya, Guava, and Mango! Araçaris are frugivores, meaning that they mainly eat fruit. Pappaya’s, guavas, and mangoes are all found within araçaris’ native range, making these fitting names! Fly on by to our zoo and come see them in person!
