Please help us welcome Ella Mott, who officially joins us this week as an Assistant Client Success Strategist. With the team heading to Milwaukee for our offsite, it’s the perfect time for her to meet everyone, learn the ropes, and get plugged into our culture. We’re so excited to have her here.

Ella joins us as an Honors student from Michigan State University, where she studied Advertising Management — bringing a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and consumer behavior. Her academic background, paired with her energy and curiosity, makes her an incredible fit for the work we do and the clients we support.

We’re excited to share that Natalie is joining us full time this week. She’s spent the past year contracting with us, and in that time she’s become a real bright spot in our day‑to‑day. Natalie brings a positive spark, sharp wit, and the kind of humor that makes even the busiest days feel lighter.

She’s also made a meaningful impact on our operations, keeping projects moving, bringing clarity to the details, and stepping in wherever she’s needed. Her multilingual skills have been a huge advantage for our team, helping us deliver accurate, culturally aligned translations to our dealers and catching the small things automated tools tend to miss. We’re proud to welcome her on board full time and excited to see what she continues to build with us.

And as a little teaser: we’re getting ready to release a new blog diving into our Spanish‑language content process, including how we’re expanding brand‑approved assets and why we rely on human expertise, not AI, for our translations. Natalie has played a key role in shaping that work, and we can’t wait to share more soon.
