Although this is a beautiful picture... Just a reminder, you don't have to be isolated on a beautiful beach and in the best shape of you life to reap the healing benefits of yoga. Start with 10 deep breaths while you're in line at the grocery store. Or 5 minutes of meditation while sitting in your (parked) car before walking into work. Every little bit helps friends! :-)
