Our wish winner for June was Laura Hinkle! She is one of our amazing cooks who has served our residents for nearly 7 years! Her wish was especially thoughtful. She chose a nugget ice maker for her mom and one for herself. We love celebrating team members like you who make a difference in the lives of our residents and each other! ✨🤗

We celebrated CNA Week in a big way! Our crew enjoyed lunches provided for each shift, new t-shirts, Soaky Mountain Waterpark tickets, and a different sweet treat every day. We hope our CNAs felt the love, as we are extremely grateful for the compassion and dedication you show every day! 🩷✨🍧

We are excited to announce that we are now officially members of the Greene County Partnership! 🎉

The Chamber team presented us with a plaque to celebrate this new partnership. We are honored to be a part of such a strong and supportive community!

We are proud to support our community partner, ALPS Adult Day Services - Greeneville! We had the pleasure of dropping off supplies with Jana Rines.

ALPS Adult Day Services offers a safe, engaging environment for adults ages 18 and older who may not be safe staying home alone while caregivers work, run errands, attend appointments, or simply need a well-deserved break. Their team provides activities, socialization, and support for participants while giving caregivers peace of mind.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with organizations that make such a positive impact in our community! 🩷

We are excited to announce a new partnership with TeamHealth that will bring a dedicated Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner on-site beginning July 10!

While palliative care services are already available here at Laughlin Healthcare, this enhanced program will provide a structured, consistent approach with a treating practitioner in the facility each week. This partnership will strengthen the support we offer residents and families by improving access to symptom management, care planning, and quality-of-life services when they are needed most! We're committed to continually enhancing the care and support available to those we serve. 😊🩺🩷

One of our favorite things is rewarding a team member each month through our Perfect Attendance Drawing by granting their wish! Our April wish winner was Christy Scearce. She wished for a swimming pool to enjoy all summer long. Our May wish winner was Jacy Justis, who wished for VR goggles. ☀️🎮
