I didnāt wake up one day suddenly motivatedā¦
I just got tired of not feeling like myself.
That was it.
Not a big moment.
Not some dramatic decision.
Just a quiet thought that kept coming backā

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

One small thing that made a bigger difference than I expectedā¦was not skipping meals.
I used to think eating less would help.
So Iād have coffeeā¦
maybe wait until later to eatā¦
and then wonder why I felt:
tired
cranky
and thinking about food all day
Now I do the opposite.
I make sure I actually eatāespecially earlier in the day.
And itās amazing how something so simple can change how you feel.
More steady energy.

I almost got rid of these jeans.
Not because I didnāt like themā¦
but because I didnāt think Iād ever wear them again.
My body had changed.
Nothing was fitting the same.
And honestly⦠I didnāt have a lot of hope it would.
So I kept themābut more like a ājust in caseāā¦
not because I believed Iād actually put them back on.
And yet⦠here we are.
Not because I did anything crazy.
But because I finally started doing what actually works for me now.
And that changed everything.
Not just how I lookā¦
but how I feel š
Anyone else have something in their closet theyāre not ready to let go of yet?
One thing Iāve gotten really clear onā¦
Feeling better doesnāt come from doing everything right.
It comes from doing a few things consistently.
For me, that looks like:
⢠starting my day with protein instead of just coffee
⢠supporting my gut (this was a big one for me)
⢠keeping my energy steady instead of riding the highs and crashes
⢠and using a few simple things that make it easier to stay on track
Nothing extreme.
But those small things?
Theyāve made a bigger difference than anything I used to try.
