Alpha Eta Rho - Sigma Phi

Howdy,

Our MANDATORY chapter winging ceremony will be on April 26th @ 7 pm. We are required to have one mandatory meeting a year. This will also be the voting date for officer positions and proposed bylaw changes. Absences must be discussed PRIOR and fall under the FEW (Flying, Emergency, Working) guidelines.

It will be held in room 640 in the Tivoli, and we ask that you dress up for the occasion (business professional).

New members will receive their wings, certificate, challenge coin, and card.

If you would like to run for office, please DM leadership in groupme for more details, as all positions are available for anyone in good standing to run for.

If you have any bylaw change proposals, please submit them to leadership ASAP. Bylaw changes not submitted before the meeting will not be voted upon.
