Good morning all you beautiful people out there… eggs, bacon, fried apples and fritters(fried biscuit bread) that’s what’s for breakfast this morning here at Bless’d Kitchen!
Do you like fritters? Is that what you call them? That’s what my momma always called them and boy I always loved it when she fixed them.. her and my stepdad would eat them with butter and either syrup or honey or even molasses… not me I just wanted them plain😋 until next time..

How is everyone doing?? I’ve been working outside most of today, when the weather permitted😛 We had a late dinner…I fried up some shrimp and steamed some crab legs…. and let me tell you all… it was so good 😋 what do you you all have??

Hey guys I finally decided on something sweet to fix….
My momma’s German Chocolate Cake😋 and a small batch of Peanut Butter Cookies… (my honey doesn’t like PB cookies)
Only 3 ingredients(no flour)
1-Cup Peanut Butter
1-Cup Sugar
1-Egg
Bake at 350* 6-7 min

Happy 4th of July from Bless’d Kitchen and remember we are able to celebrate this 250th anniversary of independence because of the BRAVE♥️🤍💙
No big plans here… but we did have
baked cracker encrusted haddock over wild rice, roasted potatoes, onions, peppers topped with grated parmesan and sautéd haricot verts!
I am still thinking of something sweet I can whip up for later…

I bought a Rotisserie chicken from Sam’s… Decided to make some bone broth for the freezer… it’s so rich and flavorful and very beneficial!

We enjoyed the word on Jonah this morning with Pastor Josh of Cornerstone Fellowship…. We fed our soul now to feed our belly with…Pork roast, gravy, fresh half runner beans, corn on the cob, potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and cucumbers and onions and cornbread… that’s what’s being served up in my Bless’d Kitchen this fine Sunday!

I was so excited to be able to have the “fried” apple pie from McDonald’s… you know the original one…from yesteryear! Well, I found it didn’t taste at all as I remembered so I opted for my homemade chocolate chip cookies for the win🤭(my personal opinion)
