My cupcakes are in Colorado Biz magazine this month, along with a story about Mande Gabelson of Ava Sweet Cakes who created thousands of Colorado jobs overnight by conceiving of and writing the Colorado Cottage food law!

This whole situat
ion was one of those amazing events--Months ago I saw a call for nominees for Top GenXYZ companies and nominated Mande because I was so impressed with her dedication to that bill. While in Colorado, I took some photos of her beautiful cupcakes. Last month we found out she was selected and fortunately--she had some photos to submit!

As many of you know, I am a doctoral student at the University of Washington. My life gets pretty busy while I am in school and as a result, I will need to schedule shoots fairly far in advance and will only be able to do a few over the next few months and these will be done on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, I am no longer able to do rush print orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for large orders and 2 weeks for small orders. This includes the time it takes me to put the order in to the company, have it shipped to me for quality check and sent out to you. Before Christmas, allow 4-5 weeks. Thanks!
