The number on the scale will NOT tell you...
1) what a great person you are
2) how much you are valued
3) that you are a bada$$ human
4) your self worth
5) how many people you will inspire
6) what you are capable of
7) how talented you are
8) how intelligent you are
9) your future endeavors
10) what you are made of and proving that

Hi everyone ! I know I haven't posted in quite a while. Life has been a little crazy for everyone.
I want to start training clients and help others achieve their goals, however I am a little more focused on becoming a better trainer and overall coach for my clients. I am working on a better certification that will encompass training as well as nutrition and other specialized certifications to allow me to be flexible in working with multiple client situations and be well rounded education wise. I also have been working on the best way to deliver training to y'all. I do not want to be like every other "fitspo" and offer the same kind of training...mostly because I will be on the journey with you.
Anyway, long story short, I am working to become a better trainer overall, as well as how to best serve you, while also working on myself mentally and physically ! I hope you can forgive me for being absent, and know that more will be coming soon.
Stay well ❤ ~ Rehn

The holidays are here, and it should be a time of cheer! Here are a few holiday eating and fit tips to carry with you 🍁

1) Slow down. I know, it sounds crazy, especially in today's world. But the holidays only come once a year, so enjoy this time ! Enjoy the food. Slow down when eating and savor every bite. Engage in conversation and meaningful time. Focus your attention to conversation or helping others rather than worrying about food.

2) If you want to stick to your fitness goals, I applaud you! By all means go for it, you've got this! But if you aren't looking to stay totally on track, just be mindful of what your eating. Start your day with water and drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Enjoy foods that are nutrient dense and filling, so that you won't go overboard. Generally speaking, foods that are higher in good fats ( macadamia nuts, avocados, eggs, full fat cheeses) will keep you fuller longer. Portion your food as well if you do want to enjoy some sweet potato casserole. 🤤

3) And the day after a big holiday meal, please please please don't beat yourself up! There is no need for the guilt trip we put ourselves on thinking that we've done something "bad" by what we chose to eat. It's a new day; go back to your routine, keep water handy, don't go crazy with hours of cardio or starving yourself. This is a time to enjoy family and friends and the season. ❤
