October or ROCKtober as I like to call it… is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I want to remind all of you to get screened.

Breast Cancer has touched my life having lost my mom to it at age 61. Last year I chose to have a preventative double mastectomy after testing positive for the gene. It has been a long road of healing both emotionally & physically and I am passionate about reminding others that regular screenings are so so important!

If you have missed your screening, perhaps this will be your reminder.
