Challenge equals Change
Strictly for the Wellness Fam… we’ve all had days like today, feeling sore and bitter. But what’re we doing to help maintain muscle growth and fat loss so that days like this don’t control you? I’d like nothing more to just lay around all day but that’s not going to positively impact my body. Here is my morning regimen. I don’t do this everyday now but am starting to pick back up, and at the peak of my weight loss I was. What changes are you making to promote your overall wellness??? 🏋🏼♀️
