Your dream body may not be sustainable!!

You see the left side is how I wish to stay all the time!
But do you know I was lifting high volume all the time and eating only 1200 cals and just starting to go slowly up in carbs. I didn’t necessarily feel great either ! It was a a few weeks post my bikini show.

Right side is more of a sustainable place where I’m muscular with more healthy body fat. Eating enough carbs to fuel my workouts and those muscles and having carbs as my alibi! On 1750 cals and eating out and drinking occasional 🥃 !

It’s the same with your weight loss journey! You have to be realistic with your goals! Yes cutting everything out temporarily might get you shredded but it’s not a strategy for long term health and sustainability in maintaining your weight 🙂
Now it may be something you’d do for a trip to lean out quick etc. I don’t plan on getting there anytime soon. Perhaps for a summer vacation where I’d like to look more cut! But in the process growth is understanding healthy body fat is normal. Having thighs that jiggle and spotting cellulite is normal! Not looking tight all the time is normal! ❤️❤️

Give yourself grace and in the pool or extreme fad diets and unrealistic bodies promoted all over social media, let’s not forget that what you see is Not realistic, non sustainable and let’s face it highly photoshopped too.

So I’m here telling you even though I love my body in the left picture, I am not willing to eat 1200 and low carb and doing lots of cardio on top of weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️
