Hey Team! Sharon and I are very excited to announce our recent partnership with a company called INSCYD Endurance and Sports Performance. We have made the initial purchase agreement and will start training next week.
The link is a quick look at what it can do for you, the athlete. The initial test is done at home using a power meter. The athlete completes 4 time trials on their bike ranging from 20 seconds to 12 minutes. From there we can analyze the data, give you details about your substrate utilization allowing you to dial in your nutrition to a "T". We also can identify your areas of strength and weakness to more specifically build your training plans to your specific needs. You will receive a video post test with the details too so it's a very neat tidy informative package.
Sharon and I are excited! We'll be in touch with more details as we get them. Please share any questions of thoughts you have and we will do our best to answer. Angie

She talked about caffeine gum and a few of us went and bought it at Target! With no races I haven't been able to give it a go but here is an article supporting the idea. I thought I'd share.
Caffeinated chewing gum Caffeine can enhance performance but what is the best way to deliver the caffeine? here we look at the benefits of caffeinated chewing gum.
