I was desperate for change. I’d tried everything and nothing was working. I was exhausted.
Enter ayahuasca.
It became a bridge back to my body, my inner world, my soul. It showed me what I’d been holding for so long and gave me the space to feel it, be with it, and release it.
It opened my intuition, my spiritual gifts, and reconnected me to the divine feminine within me. I came home to myself. What a gift.
Plant medicine isn’t for everyone. But with intention, integrity, and the right set and setting, it can be profoundly transformative.

Aging has been a gift. Somehow, each year feels more spacious, more honest, more alive.
This past year carried R A N G E- joy and confusion, expansion and rest, certainty and surrender. And I’ve learned that range is wisdom. It’s how I live, how I hold space, and how I move through the world now.
I often say I’m living a dream I didn’t even know to ask for. I never imagined this work, this depth of love for what I do, or the sacred privilege of offering it in some truly remarkable places. And yet…here I am.
Being a wife and a mom are the most important roles I hold. And walking alongside others as they remember their wholeness, step into healing, and create real change is an honor I never take lightly.
I feel deeply excited and so grounded as I begin to imagine and create what’s unfolding for 2026 and beyond.
And lastly, my forever gratitude to Dave- my anchor, my soft place to land, my partner in this life. I love you endlessly. Thank you for being such an incredible husband and the most beautiful dad to our kids. 🤍

✨ It never gets old ✨
Big congratulations to JD on completing his Reiki Practitioner training!
Because he was so intentional with his personal growth and deepening his relationship with energy during Reiki 1, JD was easily able to step into his very first Reiki session today and could feel, see, and sense the recipient’s energy. And he was in absolute awe! I’m so excited for him and what he has to bring to the world!
It was such a joy to witness his natural gifts coming through to support others. Moments like these remind me why I love teaching Reiki so much 💖
