Today we heard from David Willoughby with Stockton Mortgage Corporation and dressed in his chef's getup, he taught us about all the ways you can "custom order from the mortgage menu" at Stockton because of all their great loan products.

Today we heard from Larry Shead with Big League Roofers.

Kentucky currently has a grant opportunity available where the state is willing to give you $10,000 toward the best roof that you could ever purchase.

Larry is one of the FEW fortified roofing certified contractors in the state. There are no income restrictions and just about any house is or can be eligible, but if you’re interested, please reach out to Larry. The Strengthen Kentucky Homes Program (SKH) is a state program designed to help qualified Kentucky homeowners upgrade their roofs to the FORTIFIED Roof standard developed by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS). The program offers grants of up to $10,000 toward qualifying construction costs for approved projects. Its goal is to help homes better resist high wind and hail damage.
