MUSC is holding 2 events this month in recognition of Elder Abuse month:

SC Safe Seniors will be hosting their 8th annual World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Resource Fair on June 18, 2026 from 2:00–3:30 PM.

Learn more about the many wonderful services and resources available across South Carolina to support our older adults. Organizations that choose to present will have approximately 5 minutes to briefly share information about their organization and services.

On June 25th at noon, Theresa Skojec, Director of SC Safe Seniors will give a one-hour presentation entitled “Staying Safe as you Age.”
