Stair railing restain and paint

This customer no longer wanted a wood burning chimney so we blocked it off, used an electric fireplace insert, ran electrical, trapped and bedded and trimmed out the new electric fireplace and it worked out great! Got the wires hidin in the wall and mounted the flat screen, what do you think?

Took out the fluorescent lighting, framed out and sheetrocked the fur out, tape and mudded,and textured and painted. Added 4 can lights, one fan/light,and a hanging pendant light.repainted whole kitchen walls and ceiling.
