After a long eight days, the students completed the ERDI course. This is an extensive class that covers victim removal, search patterns, surface rescue, scenario based training, and drowning response. Great job to the students and a huge thank you to all of the instructors from Hall County Fire and Hall County Sheriffโs Office!

It is not every day we respond to a train derailment, but May had other plans. Great job to the C-Shift crews that responded to this mess last month!

Congratulations to Lt. Burt Sanders on his recent retirement after 42 years of service to Hall County Fire! Lt. Sanders was a great role model for the department and was a huge part of so many careers here. His presence will be missed, but we are thankful he chose to pour his time and effort into this organization. Congrats, lieutenant!
Today is International Firefighters Day! ๐จโ๐๐๐ฅ
Thank you to every single firefighter that has served, but especially to the HCFR family. Without you, our community could not be saved in times of need. Thank you for showing up and laying your life on the line for others!
