Day ✌️ with Connected Communities and what an incredible experience it has been! 💙

The students had the opportunity to learn practical mental health and mindfulness tools they can carry with them into everyday life. Throughout the day, they participated in team-building activities, meaningful discussions, and hands-on projects, including creating their own fidgets and wellness resources to support stress management, self-regulation, and overall well-being.

A special thank you to the team at Connected Communities for leading such an impactful training. Their team was professional, compassionate, and engaging from start to finish. The students walked away with new skills, tangible resources, and a deeper understanding of how to care for their mental wellness, our team was inspired by the care, expertise, and intentionality they brought.
