These caramelized sweet potato cubes our next level, and always a hit. I make them throughout the year, but they are a perfect Thanksgiving dish.
Theyโre simple, for the most part, have health benefits because of the sweet potato nutrition value! However, this is my version that is also known as โCandiedโ in which I will share my recipe below. One tip make sure to be very careful when cutting as sweet potatoes can be tricky, even with the right knife. But once theyโre cubed, the rest is effortless. This is my personal favorite version, but feel free to adjust the spices or sweetness to make them truly your own.
