Throwback to a really special event we hosted last fall at XP League Frisco 🎮

On September 9, 2025, we welcomed collegiate esports teams from the University of Texas at Dallas, Texas A&M, and Stephen F. Austin State University for a Marvel Rivals Tournament alongside our very own Frisco Falcons 🦅

For our players, this wasn’t just about competing. It was a chance to see what the collegiate level of esports actually looks like. The communication, teamwork, strategy, and focus it takes to compete at that level gave our players a clear picture of what they can work toward if they choose to continue pursuing esports in the future.

Moments like this are incredibly valuable for our kids. It opens their eyes to the many opportunities that exist beyond just playing games. Colleges across the country now offer esports programs where students can compete while pursuing degrees in fields like technology, media production, business, and more 🎓

More than anything, events like this help our players start thinking about their future. Seeing older students who share the same passion for gaming can be a powerful motivator and reminder that the skills they’re building here, teamwork, communication, and discipline, can carry into school, careers, and life.
