The Flying Orca

Hey everyone, I just wanted to make some clarifications in response to a lot of the feedback I’m getting. Yes the flying orca will be closing at the end of June to the PUBLIC. Due to an unfortunate incident with a client that has caused me to reevaluate what I’m doing down there. I am currently looking for a band to share month-to-month. I will still be bringing in a select few clients that I know and trust. I am also currently looking for a band to play with. I’ve been off several years due to injury and I’m trying to make a comeback. If you were in a bind and really just need a place to practice call me we can talk.  I would really like to give back to the community, but my peace is first and foremost. I can’t deal with ego maniac as****es. Again, thank you so much to the people that have come down and made it a pleasure to interact with. Thank you! 

Hey everyone, unfortunately it looks like the flying orca is not going to make it. I was really hoping I could give back to the music community and help! I was able to have some great people and bands in there. I got to meet some really good people! I was even hoping to get out and play again, but unfortunately doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. I so appreciate everyone that came down and used the place. They’re such an incredible vibe in that room with the years and years of music being made there. Words cannot express how disappointed I am. I’ll be taking bookings through June and be open for a special event July 5. A memorial celebration for soundman John Freitas. I may be looking for a band to rent month-to-month. Pricing and details to come soon.
