Back in the saddle! I started DAY 1 with FAVAO today!! Want to keep the holidays in check and drop another 40lbs to boot!!
My new favorite smoothie! One frozen banana (freeze in pieces), 3/4 cup coconut water (not coconut milk) 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup ice, 10 raw almonds, 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 heaping scoop of the new Favao chocolate (YUM) protein. Put everything but the protein in the blender and mix till smooth. Add the protein and blend a few seconds only, just enough to mix it in. Drink and Savor the wonder!!!
