As the Atkinson 5th Graders prepare to take on the middle school, they are sent off with some important information from our partners in the community- the Fremont Fire Department and the Sandusky County EMS. Students learned about water safety, as well as how to perform hands only CPR. As always, the lessons were amazing and so beneficial for our students. Thank you FFD and Sandusky County EMS for helping us build responsible students!

4th Graders held an inventor fair called “The Genius Archives” to showcase an important inventor that they researched. Students prepared a speech about their inventor, a timeline, and flipbook display to culminate learning in both Social Studies and Language Arts.

The Atkinson Girls with Goals club welcomed some members from the local Soroptomist Women's group who came in and did an activity with them. They were able to paint a Be Positive canvas to encourage positivity. Girls with Goals were very thankful to have the members volunteer to come in and do an activity with them.
