Operation SPLASH is a volunteer-based organization committed to improving the quality of Long Island's bays, waterways, and shores. SPLASH members actively carry out this mission through marine debris cleanups, advocacy efforts, and STEM-based education programs for schools and universities.

That is why our volunteers work so hard all year long to keep our local environments healthy and clean. We encourage you to do your part in keeping our little green planet a beautiful place to live. New date for the Earth Day Cleanup! Please join us on April 26th at Smith Pond in Rockville Centre! Gloves and garbage bags will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring any additional clean-up equipment they may have, such as nets or grabbers, and to wear long pants.
