The Birthing Circle is a federal nonprofit that provides community support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We host monthly meetings on educational topics and for general support, and have a specialized Postpartum Depression/ Mental Health support group called Embrace. See our Events tab for more info. We also run our Frederick Doula Program, connecting low-income and marginalized families

The Birthing Circle would like to Welcome Gaby to The Care of Self Counseling and Wellness team. COS works directly to support the wonderful families who find this page and all the services and offerings The Birthing Circle brings to Frederick. The new therapy program affords you an experienced quality counselor you can afford. Individual, couples and group therapy. Read more about Gaby. If you are a mom with any aged child check our no fee Mindfulness, movement for moms Sunday mornings as well, registration is needed.
