Crucible Performance
Everything we do at Crucible Performance is focused on not only forging championship caliber athletes, but more importantly building championship caliber people! We use the weight room as our classroom to teach you how to look at challenges differently and instead of running from adversity, we look to Cherish The Challenges, because that is when we grow. Life is full of peaks and valleys and learn

Dreams like this are pretty special to hold in your hands.
A card from Chase DeLauter’s first regular season game… and what a historic one it was!
But what makes it even cooler is knowing that part of that dream was built right here.
Not overnight.
Not by accident.
Not alone.
It was built through early mornings, hard training sessions, honest conversations, setbacks, adjustments, belief, and people walking alongside him in the process.
And that’s what I keep thinking about as we get closer to Crucible’s 10-year birthday.
So many people today are trying to chase big dreams by themselves. Athletes. Adults. Parents. Leaders. Everyone wants the result, but a lot of people are carrying the weight alone.
But the truth is, most people don’t need another random workout.
They need a coach.
They need a plan.
They need somebody in their corner who sees what they can become before they can fully see it themselves.
That’s what this place has always been about.
Not just building stronger athletes.
Not just helping people get in better shape.
But getting to play a small part in moments like this.
A dream fulfilled.
A life impacted.
A story still being written.
As we approach 10 years, we just feel incredibly blessed.
Blessed for the athletes who have trusted us.
Blessed for the families who have let us be part of the journey.
Blessed for the adults who have walked through our doors looking for hope, confidence, and strength again.
Blessed that God has allowed this place to become an inflection point in people’s lives.
This card is more than a card.
It’s a reminder…
Keep showing up.
Keep doing the work.
Keep letting people walk with you.
Keep cherishing the challenge.
Because sometimes the dreams you’re building today become the moments somebody else gets to hold years later.

10 years in business.
Multiple Best of the Best awards.
Best Personal Trainer.
Best Gym.
And a whole lot of memories, stories, challenges, setbacks, breakthroughs, and lives changed along the way.
We are incredibly humbled by it.
Because for us, these awards have never been the goal…
They are a reminder.
A reminder that people don’t just need another gym…
They need a place where they are seen.
They need coaches who meet them where they are.
They need a community that walks with them through the hard parts.
They need someone who believes there is more in them, especially when they have a hard time seeing it themselves.
That has always been the heart of Crucible.
We exist to help people overcome what they thought would hold them back and go beyond what they could ever do alone.
Whether you are an athlete chasing a dream, a parent trying to get back to your best, or someone simply trying to take the next right step… we are honored every time you trust us to be part of your story.
Thank you for growing with us.
Thank you for helping make Crucible more than a gym.
Here’s to 10 years of impact.
And we’re just getting started.
Cherish the Challenge.

Sadie Keller is the kind of athlete who represents what Crucible Performance is all about.
A standout attacker at Thomas Johnson High School, Sadie has continued to make her mark as one of the key pieces of TJ’s rise, including a five-goal performance in a win over Tuscarora.
But what makes Sadie’s story powerful is not just the stats, the goals, or the college commitment.
It is the way she has responded to adversity.
Some athletes shine only when things go right. Sadie has had to fight through challenges that many people will never fully understand. And instead of letting those moments define her, she has allowed them to refine her. She has turned pain into perspective, adversity into toughness, and obstacles into fuel.
That is what resilience looks like.
Sadie’s journey is a reminder that perseverance is not just about surviving hard things. It is about growing through them. It is about continuing to show up, continuing to work, and continuing to believe that your story is still being written.
Now, that perseverance is paying off.
From Thomas Johnson to the University of Findlay, Sadie’s path reflects the heart of an athlete who refused to quit. She is not just earning opportunities because of talent. She is earning them because of who she has become in the process.
Strong. Tested. Resilient. Unshaken.
Sadie Keller is still rising.
