I have recently started to look at personal and project productivity tools that are in the marketplace - especially those that have incorporated Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities such as ChatGPT. I have recently completed reviews of Notion and Taskade.

In general I found that they are both competent personal productivity tools that have some project management capabilities built in. I would not classify either as enterprise-grade project management tools, but for smaller projects or organizations, both can work. I tested out the free versions of each tool and I found that Taskade is jam-packed with functionality -- including web conferencing -- in the free version. So for small shops and individuals, this could be a great time-saving and productivity boost for you.
