Hello again, so as promised we have some more info on our next event in three short weeks!!
We plan on having an art gala, in the style of a cocktail party. The artwork will include some local artists that will be there doing a live demonstration of how they work. So feel free to come see them work while you chat and ask them about their work, what inspired them, or simply what drives them to create.
We look forward to seeing you!!

Hello Fort Wayne Happy Friday!!
Just thought that I’d share some info with all of you about some really cool things Fort Wayne is doing to combat hunger in our school systems.
I went to a gala last night in the building where they shared a wonderful presentation to bring attention to all the things our community is trying to improve, the main focus being hunger. We all shared a meal and broke bread. It was very moving to know that there are people trying their best to make a difference. What is trying to do is feed people from K-12 all the way up to college dorm students whom can’t afford to miss a meal. They are always looking for volunteers and donations. They take rescued food materials and turn them into yummy free meals for those in need. If you or anyone you know would like to donate go to their page and show them some love. We at Le Bosc have also decided to do our part. From now on will be donating a small portion of proceeds that we receive from you buying tickets and drinks to . After this next private dinner we are planning for October 25th , we will be making an official page with much more information on what does and how you may help your local community.

We wanted to reintroduce ourselves, enjoy ✨
Meet Riley Savick, the heart behind Le Bosc. He started in restaurants almost 13 years ago as a dishwasher but opportunities to work with food quickly presented themselves. Riley worked his way into fine dining and his passion was born. He spent the next several years building his culinary technique, learning how to utilize high quality ingredients, and taking simple dishes to an elevated level by using the technique learned.
