Don’t forget to blow your cinnamon into your home on New Year’s Day! If you have pets, keep in mind powdered isn’t good for them, but you can do any of the following:

1- set a cinnamon stick above your door frame 🚪
2- create a little cinnamon satchel by cutting open a tea bag, emptying the contents and filling with cinnamon (unless it’s Mint tea… keep the mint and add cinnamon), and tie or staple the bag shut 🫖
3- throw the stick directly into your house 🏡

Headaches and general pains are the pits. If you’re anything like me, you’ll wait until you’re not able to move and in extreme amounts of pain before you take meds for it. I avoid all kinds of medications when possible (although I should highly reconsider with this wild ADHD and OCD of mine) 😂

I’ve created a soft, healthy, safe and natural blend to help with headaches, body aches and general pain and IT WORKS! Just inhaling the scent from the bottle helps reduce head pain, but I like to use it on my hands before and after I spend a few hours crocheting, or rub it into my feet after a long day of standing or walking.
