This Weekend!

Experience a blissful sound journey paired with a series of yin yoga postures targeting deep tissues and glands.

This slow-paced session is intended to support the whole body, with special focus on soothing the nervous system and balancing the endocrine system.

When these systems are supported, the body can achieve homeostasis - a natural state of wellbeing.

You will be guided on a personal journey through yin yoga postures, meditation, gentle breathwork, and a natural cadence between silence and sound. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and an array of sound healing tools will be used throughout the practice. Leave the session feeling grounded, supported, and rejuvenated!
