Dear Monday!
Today, I’m starting my week by doing things that will bring me closer to my goals, that will bring me joy, energy and excitement!
👉 Things to put on a calendar:
* Non-negotiable: like work, kids school/activities;
* Social gatherings/dates with you partner
* Appointments (doc, massage, spa, etc);
* Mental care (meditation, journaling, etc);
* Physical care (workouts, outdoor activity)
* Home responsibilities.
I want to stress attention in scheduling mental and physical care. It should be scheduled and treated with just as much importance as other things.

Why exercise important in our daily life?
- Good for mental health: reduce stress, make you feel happy due to endorphins
- Good for the heart;
- For some disease prevention or relief of symptoms (like diabetes, copd, etc)
- Weight loss;
- Build strength;
List goes on.

Hi! Let me reintroduce myself!
For those who are new, here is a little about me.
✈️I’m moved to the US by myself when I was 19 for school.
📝I studied Dietetics and then I switch my major in the process and ended up in grad school for Biotech🔬
💉After graduation I went deep into clinical research, and worked as clinical research associate on human clinical trials for 8 years.
✨While I was working at the job with the wonderful doctors and nurses, I also coached on a side for few years as a hobby.
✨I was always curious about human body, mind and soul connection and ways to improve my performance on a physical and mental level, as I was struggling with my body image as a teenager.
🥕 I went back school to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to study what I was always passionate about - health coaching.
🎉 in January of 2022 I officially launched my health coaching business and started working with clients!
So what do I do for you???
As a coach, I help you reach you health goals, whether it’s your weight, cholesterol, pre diabetes, fatigue, “mom exhaustion” (my own term that hits close to home:), fertility or general wellness, or improved performance I’m here for you!
