Self-Study (Svadhyaya) in the 8 limbs of yoga has been a huge part of my healing journey towards wholeness. Contemplating my purpose, how I am showing up, how I want to show up, how best to serve the people around me has been motivation for me.

Having moved through so much shadow, insecurities, fears and deconditioning, I look forward to BE-ing what I shared above. And the best thing about Line 6 is that I'm ONLY HERE to BE ME. What a f*_!ng relief!
