Our Original Hot Yoga isn’t just about flexibility or sweating. It’s one of the few places where you get to intentionally practice regulating your breath while your body is under stress.

Your heart rate rises.
The room is hot. Humid.
Your muscles are working.
Your mind wants to panic.

And then you return to your breath. Nasal Breathing.
Again and again xo.

Slow.
Steady.
Rhythmic.

Every time you choose your breath over your reaction, you’re training your nervous system.

That’s the skill that follows you into difficult conversations, stressful workdays, parenting, traffic, competition, hiking a fourteener, paddling across the lake, and every moment when life asks more of you.

We’re not trying to make your practice harder.

We’re teaching you one of the most powerful self-regulation tools your body already has xo.

In seasons of constant giving, creating, teaching, holding space, and pouring ourselves into others… it becomes easy to forget that we, too, need to receive.

One of the greatest gifts of creating and curating our EYC Lunar Reset is that it asks me to slow down long enough to become a participant—not just the guide.

These bowls are medicine for me first.

Every note reminds me to soften.
Every vibration invites me back into my own body.
Every pause becomes a chance to listen instead of lead.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do isn’t to do more.
It’s to become quiet enough to receive what we’ve been offering all along xo.
