I sent this text almost 2 years ago to a friend. So much has happened since January 2020. And, I’m still at it. I was in the gym today, as a matter of fact. Still learning, still trying, still achieving. Still deadlifting.
There’s something to be said for consistency and the wisdom you get from the day to day, over and over. It’s gold.
