I love traveling! I’m a big fan of going to different amazing places and pretending like I’m an entirely different person. But of course, SIBO took all the fun out of it.
Getting on a 2-hour domestic flight terrified me. I felt like I had no control over my trip and I was anxious that I’d just end up being sick or in the bathroom the whole time. But after years of listening to my body and working diligently on what it needs, I finally learned how to not let SIBO sabotage what I enjoy so much. And because I love sharing what I have learned about my condition, I put together this short guide to help you have a smoother journey that isn’t ruined by your tummy trouble! The products I mentioned here are ones I’ve used firsthand and ones our community absolutely loves.

Have you invested thousands of dollars trying to heal your SIBO?
If so, you're not alone—and it doesn't necessarily mean you've done something wrong.
Many people become discouraged after one treatment doesn't completely resolve their symptoms. But according to Dr. Allison Siebecker, that's not uncommon. SIBO often requires retesting, multiple treatment rounds, and attention to the underlying factors that allowed it to develop in the first place.
In this short video, you'll learn:
✅ Why retesting is essential before deciding treatment didn't work
✅ Why many people need more than one round of treatment
✅ Why identifying the root causes of SIBO is so important
✅ How stress and anxiety can make the healing journey more challenging
Healing isn't always a straight line. Understanding your progress can help you make more informed decisions about what comes next.

Have you been told you have IBS?
For many people, that diagnosis becomes the end of the conversation rather than the beginning of finding answers.
Research has shown that a significant percentage of people diagnosed with IBS may actually have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), an underlying condition that can contribute to symptoms like bloating, gas, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation.
In this short video, SIBO expert Dr. Allison Siebecker explains:
✅ Why SIBO is considered a leading cause of IBS symptoms
✅ How food poisoning can trigger digestive problems long after the initial illness
✅ Why proper breath testing is essential
✅ How identifying the root cause can help guide treatment decisions
Understanding what's driving your symptoms is one of the most important steps toward finding the right path forward.
