Do you food prep for the week to help with lack of time and staying on point nutritionally?
I regretted sooooo many times eating the “ballpark” food on the weekends.
I felt like yuck.
It was not nutritionally what my body needed no matter how much my tastebuds drooled over it. Oh those hot soft cheese curds and quesadillas…. 👅
Food prep time on the weekends and eating soon before going to the ballpark helps me a ton!

Look closely. Do you see all those baby buds? Those are dreams waiting to happen.
Do you ever have a burning desire to use a whole wall as a vision board to help pull all the “visions” into clarity?
I have PAGES of notes I’m taking action on, but, truly would love to see it on my wall…. like a life size vision board.

I asked a long time friend the other day, 5-10 years ago, would you ever have imagined I would open a fitness place, teaching 5 classes a week, and love it?
Of course her answer was No.
Actually she said No and laughed.
Very fair and honest answer. I laughed with her. 🤣
And yet here we are… Making Changes, continuing to work on our health, never giving up.
