Conner Prairie
Spanning more than 1,000 wooded acres in central Indiana, Conner Prairie welcomes nearly 400,000 visitors of all ages annually. As Indiana’s first Smithsonian Institute affiliate, Conner Prairie offers various outdoor, historically themed destinations and indoor experiential learning spaces that combine history and art with science, technology, engineering and math to offer an authentic look into history that shapes society today.
A new month means new stories in our Collections Vault Window. 👀 This June, explore historic food-processing tools in celebration of FOOD: Science, Culture, and Cuisine, archival materials from Conner Prairie's Bicentennial-era historic flag display as we continue commemorating America 250, and beautiful Indiana-made glassware arranged in a colorful rainbow to welcome the month of June.
Stop by and discover how objects from our collections connect the past to the stories we're exploring today. Discover more about our Collection: https://www.connerprairie.org/museum-experience-center
