I just sent an estimate for my fifth house raise for this summer. If this one goes through I will have houses in Sumas, Everson, Bellingham, Mount Vernon, and Unincorporated Whatcom County. 🤯

Doing the as-built drafting, coordination with engineers, and getting through the permitting process is not new to me, but the flood plain development process is something that I am currently learning a lot about.
