Today we switched things up — We were asked to tour this new rental space. instead of our usual interview, we let the owner walk us through his latest project himself. And it did not disappoint.

The Loft @ 615 Maple is a fully renovated, industrial-style space right in the heart of Downtown Farmington. At ~2,340 sq. ft., it's designed for people who need more than just a place to stay — think 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, Peloton, deck, and all the little details that make a long stay actually feel like living.

The owner chose Downtown intentionally. Close to SJRMC, great dining, coffee shops, and everything Farmington has to offer — he wanted people to feel connected to this community, not just passing through it.
