A health club can be more than a place to work out.

At Northern Arizona Health Club in Kingman, Arizona, that idea is at the center of everything they are building: a steady resource for people who want to move better, recover with support, manage stress, and stay connected to their health.

The facility supports therapy, aquatic wellness, chronic pain programs, swim instruction, injury rehab, and community-focused programming. With multiple SwimEx therapy pools, plus hot and cold plunge pools, members have more ways to move, recover, and build routines.

The heart of the story is simple: give people practical tools for better health.

Intrigued, I looked inside and saw that they predicted SwimEx would be a product of the future with 100% certainty, changing how people exercised at home and commercially.

And here we are in our 40th year!
