Disclaimer: If your computer needs new parts then you are required to purchase them. the $50 fee is for fixing the software side to get your computer running. If you choose not to buy the part needed for the repair because something went bad such as memory, hard drive, power supply, etc... then the fee stands. If I am unable to fix the computer and it does not need new parts then you get your $50 back!
