🏗️ Planned live-work development not moving forward in Merrifield

A planned conversion of Inova’s former Gatehouse Road office building in Merrifield into 210 live/work units is no longer moving forward after the property was sold to Gatehouse Investment LLC. The new owner is proposing multifamily and townhouse housing instead, while a separate affordable housing conversion at nearby 2990 Telestar Court remains on track for completion by year’s end.
