had the pleasure of shooting one of the best local Everett bands, Dead Energy. Their recording studio made for a great location, and I was thankful to be chosen to take these photos to help release their EP.

I've been spending a lot of time at the local Everett music scene and found that there's quite a community of homies that I somehow kinda always knew was there but never found myself anywhere near it. Perhaps I never felt cool enough when I was younger to approach, but as I've grown, I realize the concept of "cool" is actually quite lame.

in complete awe of this majestic creature, i made clicking noises in hopes of greeting him. I was successful! although i did not take pictures of our meeting, i was able to snag these shots before he meandered my way.

have you ever pet a horse? or looked into it’s deep eyes? It can be a bit intimidating at first, but if you begin to trust it, it rewards you with affection of it’s own special kind. They are a clear reminder of what nature has to offer us.
