Art Vs Artist 2025 This has been an exciting year of different projects using different media. My first time being a full blown book illustrator (Time to Shine; a dream come true) with , publishing my own Filipino activity books and doing a Filipino-American themed mural at .center as the founder of and a creative contributor. Just when I thought I wouldn't be taking on other projects since I also work full time as a children's book designer, I couldn't say no to a digital portrait set in a lavender field, be part of our public school district fundraiser with my acrylic on canvas house portrait and doing a watercolor portrait of my twin aunts when they were little girls to celebrate their 100th birthday. All in all a challenging, productive and fulfilling year. Can't wait to see what 2026 brings. .
