Today, we at Four-in-Hand games acknowledge that we reside on the traditional homelands of the Council of Three Fires: the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi Nations.

This land was stolen, never ceded.

We acknowledge that Indigenous people are the traditional stewards of the land I now occupy, living here long before us and still thriving here today.

We further acknowledge our responsibility to amplify Indigenous voices and to represent the people and history of this land respectfully. The United States and its citizens have a long record of erasure and broken treaties with the Indigenous nations of North America that continues to this day, and we must never glorify or take part in that legacy.
